Develop a Fusion 360 machining program
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Project Description: Develop a Fusion 360 machining program for turning steel parts based on detailed drawings. The initial program will be to create a bevel on a 4" x 3" steel pipe fitting reducer and later we will establish bevel programs for all kinds of sized fittings. I have included image examples below. You will start by using a model of the part in Fusion 360, create setups / simulations in Fusion 360, and output the program to our CK6140 CNC lathe that uses the Siemens Sinumerik 808D.

* Note that the model includes the outside bevel. Assume some facing will need to be done to the raw part to bring it down to size.
** We will manually flip the part and need to have a program for the other side of the reducer to also apply the bevel to it.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Fusion 360 machining program
- Strong knowledge of turning operations
- Ability to interpret and work with detailed drawings
- Experience working with metal materials in machining operations
