Develop Fusion 360 Library for Studio Oz
Budget: £10 – £500 GBP
Fusion 360 Library Developer Required – Studio Oz
Overview
Studio Oz is seeking an experienced Fusion 360 developer with strong furniture, joinery, cabinetmaking and CNC manufacturing experience to build a complete Fusion 360 manufacturing library.
This is not a simple modelling project.
The objective is to create a scalable digital manufacturing system for kitchens, wardrobes, utility rooms, media units and bespoke joinery which can ultimately be nested and exported for CNC manufacture.
A detailed workbook, schedules, handle references and existing SketchUp library structure will be provided.

Project Scope
The successful candidate will:
Build the Fusion Library
Develop a Fusion-native library based on the supplied Studio Oz schedules and standards.
The library must include:
• Doors
• Drawer fronts
• Panels
• Fillers
• Plinths
• Shelves
• Carcass components
• Bespoke joinery components
• Handle systems
• Material systems
All standard parts listed within the supplied schedules must be available within the Fusion library.
________________________________________
Build the Handle Library
Model all Studio Oz handle types including integrated routed handles.
Examples include:
• Half Moon
• Quarter Moon
• Circular Pulls
• J Pulls
• U Pulls
• Invisible Pulls
Handles must be designed with CNC manufacture in mind.
Where appropriate, routed cutter profiles should be configurable so the routed detail can be enabled or disabled depending on the manufacturing workshop's available tooling.
________________________________________
Build the Assembly System
Create an assembly workflow allowing rapid creation of:
• Kitchens
• Wardrobes
• Utility Rooms
• Media Units
• Boot Rooms
• Bespoke Joinery
Assemblies should be built from reusable library components rather than requiring new geometry each time.
________________________________________
Material & Manufacturing Workflow
Implement a material system capable of driving:
• Material assignment
• Thicknesses
• Sheet sizes
• Grain direction
• Nesting preparation
• CNC manufacturing outputs
________________________________________
Nesting & CNC Workflow
The final workflow must support:
• Manufacturing part extraction
• Nesting preparation
• CNC export
• CAM workflows
Experience with Fusion Manufacturing Workspace and CNC workflows is highly desirable.
________________________________________
Deliverables
The successful candidate must provide:
Fusion Library
Complete Fusion library containing all agreed components.
Assembly Templates
Example assemblies demonstrating intended workflows.
Documentation
Library structure and workflow documentation.
Recorded Video Training
This is a mandatory requirement.
The successful candidate must provide recorded walkthroughs covering:
• Library structure
• Part creation
• Handle systems
• Material assignment
• Creating assemblies
• Creating bespoke variants
• Nesting workflow
• CNC workflow
• CAM setup and export
________________________________________
Live Handover Session
The successful candidate must also provide live training sessions explaining:
• How the library was built
• How to create assemblies
• How to modify components
• How to create bespoke versions
• How to generate manufacturing outputs
• How to prepare files for CNC
The client is new to Fusion 360 and requires sufficient knowledge transfer to independently use and expand the library after project completion.

Ideal Candidate
Experience with:
• Autodesk Fusion 360
• Cabinetmaking
• Joinery
• Furniture design
• CNC manufacturing
• CAM workflows
• Nesting software
• Parametric modelling
• Manufacturing libraries
Experience building configurable furniture or kitchen systems similar to Plykea, Lozi Designs, IKEA overlay systems or CNC furniture production workflows would be highly advantageous.
________________________________________
Important
A detailed project brief, schedules, naming conventions, handle references and library structure documents will be supplied.
Applicants should review these documents before submitting proposals and explain how they would structure the Fusion library to support:
• Standard products
• Bespoke products
• Material changes
• Handle changes
• Assembly creation
• Nesting
• CNC manufacture
This project is intended to create a long-term Studio Oz digital manufacturing platform rather than a collection of standalone Fusion models.
