Detailed 3D & Working Drawings

I already have the architect’s concept sketches in hand and now need them translated into a full set of coordinated working drawings and a clean 3-D model as quickly as possible. The package is for an ongoing architectural practice, so everything you produce will plug straight into our existing workflow and head to site without delay.

Scope of work
Please turn the provided concept files into construction-ready drawings—metric, to scale, fully annotated—plus a presentation-quality 3-D model. The built up area ranges from 1500 Sqft and 2500 Sqft. The deliverables I am expecting are:

• General arrangement plans
• Door and window schedule
• Brickwork layout
• Footing, column and centre-line plans with RCC details
• Plinth beam and grade-slab drawings with RCC details
• UGR and septic-tank details with RCC details
• Lintel-beam drawings with RCC details
• Slab reinforcement details
• Elevations with RCC information
• Staircase plans, sections and reinforcement
• Terrace plans and details with RCC information
• Coordinated plumbing, sanitation and electrical control plans

File format
PDF sheets for issue, editable DWG/DXF for CAD, and a well-organised 3-D model (Revit, SketchUp or similar) that lines up perfectly with the 2-D set.
