Detailed Warehouse PEB Drawings

I need complete structural documentation for a new pre-engineered warehouse. The package must be detailed enough for contractors to price and build from, and for authorities to approve without further clarification. All drawings should be produced in a standard CAD format (DWG) and delivered as clean, well-layered PDF sets as well.

Deliverables
• Foundation plan – full dimensions, footing sizes, reinforcement schedules, concrete grades and material notes
• Steel framing plan – column, rafter and bracing layout, member sizing, connection details and weld/bolt specs
• Roof plan – purlin arrangement, sheeting profiles, slopes, openings and complete material specifications

Every sheet should carry consistent title blocks, scales and legends, with clearly referenced sections and details. Please follow current industry codes for pre-engineered buildings and indicate any assumptions you make. My priority is clarity and constructability, so keep annotations precise and avoid clutter. If you already work with tools such as AutoCAD, Tekla or STAAD for verification, that’s perfect—just include the native files alongside the PDFs at hand-over.
