Detailed Urban Model Creation

I'm looking for a highly detailed urban model that covers a roadway, the exterior of buildings, sidewalks, crosswalks, street lights, stoplights, trees, signs, people, and vehicles.
We will be modifying the existing roadway to demonstrate changes that can be made to redesign the road to something nicer and safer.
Key Requirements:
- The buildings in the model should be more than 10 and designed with intricate textures and decorations.
- The vehicles included should be cars and buses only.
- The model should also encompass other urban elements like trees, signs, and people.
