Detailed Revit Model for Commercial Facility
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
This project involves compiling and or creating mutiple Revit models for facility management purposes of multiple commercial buildings in the US. We need comprehensive, accurate LOD 300 models and integration skills. The final outputs should effectively aid in maintaining the facilities and managing its components.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit software
- Understanding of LOD 300 as outlined in the BIMForum's LOD Specification
- Proven experience in modeling commercial buildings
Expectations:
- Develop a detailed Revit model for the commercial building in question
- Ensure the model is LOD 300 standard, capturing detailed design data
- The model should primarily serve for effective facility management.
