Detailed 3D Residential Modeling and Rendering

I'm seeking an experienced 3D artist to create a high-detail model and renderings for a residential project. You will receive 2D DWG files, material color selections, and any necessary sketches from me.

Requirements:
- High-detail 3D model including all architectural features
- Renderings emphasizing:
- Exterior finishes and materials
- Architectural details and design
- Natural landscape integration
- Perspectives/views:
- Street-level view
- Around all sides

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max)
- Strong rendering skills (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion)
- Experience with residential projects and landscape integration
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Payment Schedule:
- 1/3 at completion of model
- 1/3 at draft rendering
- 1/3 (final) at final rendering

Projected completion by 6/15/25.
