Detailed 3D Model for Logistics Warehouse

I need a high quality 3D model of a logistics warehouse for visualization and presentation purposes. The model should include both shelving units, forklifts, autostore, conveyer system and staff figures. However, a basic representation of these elements is satisfactory for this project. The ideal freelancer for this project should be skilled in 3D modeling and architectural visualization. Experience in creating models of industrial environments would also be beneficial.
