Detailed 3D House Modelling Services

I am looking for an expert in 3D modeling, specifically for architectural visualization purposes. My project entails creating a 3D model of a three-storey house from floorplans and images of the house, which can serve as primary reference materials.

Ideally, you should have:
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools
• Previous experience in architectural visualization
• Understanding of architectural floor plans and schematics

I have created floorplans in Live Home 3D (Windows App Store) but are open to use other FREE house modeling software. Some modeling software will also create videos from the model which I also want.

Attached is the floorplan of 3F with images of the house and the rooms. I will mark all images with reference to the floorplans.

I need a base model that includes:
- Facade, doors, windows, ceilings, lightning, shower/toilet fixtures, kitchen cabinets, wet kitchen fixtures, stair / balcony railings and some parking design.

building on the base model i want to add furniture to all the rooms.
I should be able to print floorplans.

For the base model, I would expect delivery within a week.

PLEASE INDICATE WHAT SOFTWARE YOU ARE GOING TO USE!
I don't want to buy an expensive software package to make amendments.
