Detailed 3D Floor Plan for Modifications
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm seeking a skilled 3D designer to convert our existing floor plan into a highly detailed 3D model. This isn't just a simple visualization. I need this model to help me explore and showcase potential architectural modifications for our space.
Key requirements include:
- Detailed rendering: The 3D model should include high levels of detail, including the lighting, textures, and furnishings.
- Architectural modifications: The purpose of this model is to help me visualize and communicate potential changes to our space. You should be able to help me understand how different modifications will look and function.
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in 3D design, ideally with a portfolio that showcases your ability to produce detailed and realistic models.
- Understanding of architectural design and the ability to translate 2D plans into 3D models that reflect the real world.
- Strong communication skills to help me understand the implications of different modifications based on the 3D model.
Please note, this model is primarily for internal use and will be presented to stakeholders. As such, it must be both visually impressive and accurate in terms of the potential changes we're considering.
