Detailed 3D Commercial Building Rendering

I need a professional freelancer capable of creating a high-level detail 3D Rendering for a new commercial building. The project is primarily for construction planning and therefore, precision and authenticity are important. Your outputs should show various angles to best highlight the building design.
Here's a snapshot of what the project entails:
1. Convert provided Revit or PDF elevations designs into 3D renderings.
2. Apply textures and lighting effects to create as realistic representation as possible.
3. Use my existing building photos as references for the architectural model.
4. Create the rendering from different viewpoints for a comprehensive perspective of the design.
Candidates with experience in architectural rendering, terrain modeling, and usage of high-level software tools will have added advantage. A keen eye for detail and effective communication skills are also required. Past work samples will be highly appreciated.
