3d Designer required for creating furniture models

We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D designer to create a highly detailed and customizable 3D model of a chair for our e-commerce website. The model should allow users to configure various elements such as textures, chair legs, and other features in real-time on our site.
Requirements:
Model Specifications:
A highly detailed 3D model of a chair.
Different textures and materials for customization (e.g., fabric, leather, wood).
Multiple chair leg options (e.g., wooden, metal, various designs).
UV unwrapped and properly textured for high-quality rendering.
Technical Requirements:
Formats: FBX, OBJ, and any other formats compatible with web-based 3D viewers.
PBR Texturing: BaseColor, Normal, Roughness, and Metalness maps.
Optimization for real-time rendering (low-poly options if necessary).
Ensure compatibility with WebGL or similar web technologies for interactive customization.
Functionality:
Ability to switch between different textures and materials seamlessly.
Ability to change chair legs and other customizable features in real-time.
Ensure the model is scalable and maintain high-quality visuals at various zoom levels.
Additional Features:
Provide high-resolution renders for product pages.
Include a user manual or guide on integrating the 3D model with our website’s customization tool.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in creating detailed and customizable 3D models for products.
Strong portfolio demonstrating similar work (please provide links).
Expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya).
Experience with PBR texturing and real-time rendering.
Knowledge of web-based 3D technologies (e.g., Three.js, Babylon.js) is a plus.
