3D Designer for Nails and hands

seeking a skilled 3D Designer/Artist with experience in applying texture maps (normal, roughness, specular, depth) to 3D models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of realistic 3D rendering, optimization for web, and GLB/GLTF workflows.
? Key Responsibilities:
• Apply and fine-tune normal, roughness, specular, and depth maps to our existing 3D nail models.
• Ensure accurate alignment of the texture maps for maximum realism and correct lighting response.
• Optimize 3D models (reduce poly count, optimize textures) for real-time rendering in mobile browsers (WebAR).
• Export and test the models in GLB/GLTF format for compatibility with Three.js/WebXR or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the models function properly in the WebAR environment.
? Requirements:
• Proficiency in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Substance Painter for 3D model editing and texture mapping.
• Experience working with PBR materials and applying texture maps (normal, roughness, specular, and depth).
• Familiarity with GLTF/GLB workflows for web-based 3D rendering.
• Understanding of 3D optimization techniques to ensure performance in web browsers.
• (Bonus) Knowledge of WebAR platforms like Three.js, Zappar, or 8thWall.
