2D & 3D Designer for Minimalistic House Project

I'm seeking an experienced 2D and 3D designer to assist in a house project. The ideal candidate has expertise in AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp, and is able to create minimalist designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create 2D plans for the project using AutoCAD
- Develop 3D models of the designs using Rhino and SketchUp
- Ensure that the design has a consistent minimalist aesthetic
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp
- Prior experience in house projects
- Strong knowledge of minimalistic design principles
- Ability to translate 2D plans into detailed 3D models
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration
