3D Designer for High-Detail STL Figures

I need a skilled 3D designer to create two high-detail, small-sized (up to 10 cm) STL figures of racing pilots for 3D printing. The figures should represent the pilots seated in the car and holding a flag.
Requirements:
- Design should be of high detail.
