We are looking for an experienced 3D designer with expertise in sports facility visualization to create a realistic, top-view 3D layout of a multi-sport complex. The design must precisely replicate the layout provided in our site plan PDF (“Design 2”), including court placements, dimensions, and orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
Interpret and replicate the layout exactly as per the provided PDF site plan
Design a realistic, top-down 3D view of the entire sports complex
Include accurate proportions, court markings, fencing, and lighting poles
Add infrastructure elements like walkways, entrance gate, washroom block, and rest zones
Maintain correct north-south-east-west orientation
Use realistic textures and spacing for sports surfaces and landscaping
