3D Designer

I am looking for a 3D designer to create architectural designs for a project. I'm open to any style and I am specifically looking for a medium level of detail. The 3D designs that are created should have a good balance between visual and geometric complexity, and also optimisation in order to improve the overall performance. The ideal candidate should also have an eye for detail and creativity, in order to create 3D models with a high level of accuracy.
