Design simplified Sketchup 3D model from DWG 2D Architectural drawings
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
We need to have 3D Sketchup models from 2D DWG Architectural models (or sometimes PDFs),
The typical building we require to model is office building, sometimes hotels, or residential units.
We require a modeller with knowledge of Architectural design (or experience).
The models we need are simplified single face models. These simplifications:
- No thickness in externar/internal walls or roofs
- No false ceilings
- No details at all: no pillars, no interior furniture or decoration, no frames windows just the glass, no interior doors)
- The only details to be designed are external shading (in exist) such as louvres, overhangs or close buildings drawn as blocks.
- Interior distribution of zones can be simplified and grouped. For example, a toilet area can be grouped as one single area, elevators can be grouped and only perimeter is required to be designed, same for voids or technical rooms.
- No requirement of textures to be applied, except for windows.
We would like to have rapidity in work for a stable and long term collaboration.
