Design a 3D-printed casing for my PCB project. (STL-file only)
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
This one is about a simple design for a small box holding some electronics (PCB) and a small lens. Right now, it’s a prototype, but it’s to be expected more proto's are needed before we're ready to finalize the end-model.

• We need an .STL-file for a square box with inner dimensions of 50 x 50 x 25 millimeters. Be aware of the 1-mm thickness of the 3D-printing material. The box should have rounded edges. You may design the outer dimensions up to 5-mm wider, however, the height only 2,5-mm.
Box is split in half. Top half 10 mm and bottom half 15 mm high. You may adjust this freely, as long as it serves its goal.
Both parts must be joined by solidly “clicking” them together. You need to advice me how this is achieved. It is mandatory to let the top half overlap the bottom half.
Between the two halves, a small rubber ring should be accommodated for, in order to keep moist out, once parts are clicked together.
The 12 mm part (top half) is holding the circuit board or PCB.
PCB is screwed to the top half, which should have three “pillars” with a 2-mm thread.
On the top half, there are two small opposite facing openings. One that is 3,5-mm wide and one that has the dimensions to allow for a micro-USB male connector.
The bottom half does not contain any other openings, other than one for a (camera)lens to protrude. This is a 7-mm hole at a defined location.
You’ll notice, I talk about top and bottom. The top half is connected (screwed) to the end-device in which it is used. And FYI, the lens is facing down from the bottom half. It records a technical process that takes place directly under need it. (After you have proven to be up for the job, you will be fully informed).
Now, once the upper and lower parts are joined, you have essentially a square box in your hands. It then needs to be connected to the said end-device. This is also done by a clicking mechanism. I have some ideas about that, but basically think of a square frame that is bolted/screwed to the end-device. The box snugly fits into the frame. The frame has two extending parts opposite of each other over the full length on both sides. These parts have a small hook over their full length that “click” in/on the overlapping top half (see above) and herewith solidly keep the box in place.
It is a very simple design, but I need you to be 100%-sure you’re able to make this. Please be honest and if you feel this is not your kind of work, do not accept the gig! When certain this can be done by you and you accept the job, you’ll also receive some photos of the PCB.
