Design a modern triplex villa ( 3 levels)

I am looking for an experienced architect to design a modern triplex villa ( 3 levels) . The villa will be built on a plot of land of 360 sqm in size where 1st level should not exceed 200 sqm. Preferred Architectural Style: - The preferred architectural style for the villa design is modern. - Design should include exterior landscape - interior Design should be included too. - Villa building should include 3 levels as follows : ground level should be Majlis/ Guest, Living room , Kitchen and one master bedroom. 2nd level should be four master bedrooms with kitchenet and sitting area . 3rd level should be for one master bedroom with . Interior fit out Layout is required also. - All mechanical & electrical and piping diagrams will be required. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in designing modern villas and landscape. - Knowledge of space optimization in small plots. - Ability to incorporate specific interior layout requirements. - accuracy! and 3D modeling ,Please provide examples of your previous work in designing modern villas and any relevant experience or qualifications.
