Design for 3D printing

I am looking for a designer who can create a small prototype for 3D printing. It is a small boat that has a shape of a whale. The project requires basic level of detail with an .STL file format. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D modeling and prototyping. Skills in CAD software and knowledge of different 3D printing materials would be preferred. The project is for prototyping purposes only.
