Design STEP Files for Mechanical Toolchanger Based on YouTube Video and Create Animation of Interlocking Mechanism

I am looking for a freelancer who can design STEP files for a mechanical toolchanger based on a YouTube video that I have already watched. I will provide specific specifications for the design, such as size and materials. In addition to the design, I would also like an animation of the interlocking mechanism created. I have a preferred format and software for the animation, which I will share with the freelancer.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly with designing mechanical parts
- Experience with creating animations
- Familiarity with the preferred animation software/format
