Design and Render for Two Cottages on a Tropical Island
Budget: $375 – $750 USD
We are seeking an experienced designer to create detailed designs for two cottages to be built on a cliff overlooking the ocean. The deliverables include:
- Detailed floor plans for both cottages.
- 3D renders of the exterior and interior, including the communal area and deck.
The cottages will feature:
1. Cottage 1 (On a slope overlooking the ocean):
- Two bedrooms (8 x 4 meters each).
- Two bathrooms (4 x 4 meters each).
- A communal area (8 x 4 meters) with a sofa and bar.
- Stone walls and structure designed for a slope.
- A deck (16 x 4 meters) facing the sea with full glass sliding doors.
2. Cottage 2 (Over water):
- One bedroom (8 x 4 meters).
- One bathroom/toilet (4 x 4 meters) constructed with stone walls.
- Communal area (8 x 4 meters) made with fiber walls, featuring a sofa and bar.
- Deck (16 x 4 meters) with potential full glass windows, sliding doors, and an extended front deck area. We are open to creative suggestions for optimizing this design.
Both cottages should align with our existing resort's aesthetic, which we will provide through photos and sketches. The project needs to be completed within 1–2 weeks, with shorter timelines preferred.
