Revit Designer for 450 sq. ft. Flat-Pack ADU Design
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Revit Designer to create a detailed design for a 450 sq. ft. flat-pack ADU. The design will include construction-ready drawings and 3D renderings optimized for modular production and efficient on-site assembly. The ADU must be functional, modern, and customizable for residential use.

Responsibilities:
Architectural Design:

Develop a detailed Revit model for a 450 sq. ft. ADU with layouts such as:
20x24 ft or 25x18 ft dimensions.
Living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and utility/storage areas.
Ensure the design maximizes space efficiency and usability.
Construction Documentation:

Provide accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Include MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) layouts.

Visualization:
Deliver high-quality 3D renderings (interior and exterior) for marketing and presentation.

Customization Options:
Suggest modular variations (e.g., optional kitchen upgrades or façade styles).

Deliverables:
Complete Revit files for the ADU design.
Detailed construction-ready documentation.
3D renderings of the design.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with proven experience in small residential or modular design.
Strong portfolio showcasing similar projects (e.g., ADUs, prefabricated structures, tiny homes).
Familiarity with building codes and modular construction principles.
Ability to deliver within a 2–4 week timeline.

Budget:
