Steel Structure Tent Design & Fabrication Requirement
We are looking for an experienced structural steel fabricator / engineer to design, fabricate, and install (or supply for installation) a modular steel structure tent with the following specifications:
Project Scope
Design and fabrication of a steel structure frame for an assembling and dismantling tent structure.
Tent Dimensions
* Length: 14 meters
* Width: 5 meters
* Height: 3 meters clear height (lowest side)
Roof Design
* Roof to be single-slope / mono-pitch type
* Slope to run across the shorter side of the structure (5-meter direction)
Structural Requirements
Main Vertical Columns
* Steel tubes: 80 mm x 80 mm square hollow sections (SHS)
Horizontal Supports / Bracing
* Steel tubes: 40 mm x 40 mm square hollow sections (SHS)
Connections
* All structural components must be modular and detachable
* Connections to be made using nuts and bolts only
* Structure must allow easy assembly and dismantling multiple times
Base Fixing
* Vertical columns to be fixed to ground using:
* Base plates
* Anchor / roll bolts
Tent Covering
Contractor to propose suitable tent covering material, preferably:
* PVC-coated fabric membrane or equivalent
* Waterproof and UV-resistant
* Suitable for outdoor use in hot climate conditions
Please specify:
* Fabric GSM/thickness
* Expected lifespan
* Fire-retardant rating (if available)
Doors & Access
* Two standard entrance doors
* One door on each 5-meter side of the structure
Design & Appearance
* General appearance should follow the attached AI-generated reference image

Deliverables
The selected freelancer/company should provide:
1. Structural design drawings
2. Fabrication drawings

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in steel structures or tensile membrane structures
* Previous similar projects preferred
* Ability to provide 3D drawings/renderings is an advantage
Additional Notes
* Structure should be durable, reusable, and suitable for repeated assembly/disassembly
* Corrosion protection for steel members is preferred (galvanizing or paint coating)
