Design a 3d Case for printing

Job ID: 35037239

Budget: $10 – $100 USD

Hello there!

I am looking for someone to design two cases for my pcb that are based on each other . the pcb is a 33mm circle with 2 mounting screws. The pcb has 3 sensors on one side that need to be exposed on the front.

The front of both cases will share the same cutout / vend holes like this:

Looking for design where its a round top with main hole for Time of flight sensor with inset to help with shadow . Should go close to the sensor on the the board. Check sample image for how this cut out should be.

On either side of the TOF sensor there is a LUX and temp sensor these also need opening but can be smaller . I want to hide these cut outs by having some vent holes that happen to go over these two sensors.

PCB needs to be attacked to both cases, Preferably it just snaps into the case and is securely help in place and can not rotate. Use of a screw into mounting hole is a ok answer but it would be preferable to have no extra parts.

The cases should be these two form factors :

1. a door frame that would go into a 35mm whole (1 3/8 inch) and has a small over lap to hide any issues while hole. This can be all one part with open back. Power for this case is the 2 pin. If possible have usb accessible but not required.

2. This will be a round case , this will need to be totally enclosed. Case should have rounded sides to make it look as small as possible. This will mount to roof or top of door from with 3m removable tape on the back of case so that should be flat for good contact. Power on this case will mainly be USB C but the 2 pin should be usable . Goal is for this to blend in and be as small as possible so its not very noticeable on roof/door frame.

Sample of door frame and TOF sensor cut out available here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5199778

Both cases will be 3d printed in both Resin and PLA. Ideally fully tool less sassily of both cases with pcb.
