3D Design and Animation for Logistics Terminal (Master Plan Visualization)

We are looking for a skilled 3D designer/animator to create a realistic 3D visualization and animation of a logistics terminal project.

Scope of Work:
• Import and use our master plan (AutoCAD / GstarCAD files provided)
• Model main facilities: warehouses, office buildings, gates, rail tracks, truck access, storage areas
• Include container handling equipment (reach stackers, cranes, trucks, railway wagons)
• Create a short fly-through animation (2–3 minutes) showing the whole terminal operations
• Provide high-quality renders for presentation (day & night views preferred)

Requirements:
• Experience in industrial / logistics / port / railway terminal visualization
• Strong skills in 3D modeling (3ds Max, Blender, or similar)
• Ability to deliver both still renders and animation
• Portfolio of previous terminal, port, or large-scale industrial projects is required

Deliverables:
• High-resolution renders (JPG/PNG)
• Animation video (Full HD or 4K)
• Source files (optional, upon agreement)
