Delcam CAM Milling Programmer Needed
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have several upcoming milling jobs that need accurate, efficient tool-paths created directly in Delcam (PowerMILL or FeatureCAM). You will receive the solid models in STEP/IGES, my machine’s post, and fixture information; I need you to return verified, collision-free programmes plus the editable Delcam project files so I can make future tweaks.
Most parts are 3-axis aluminium, with an occasional 4-axis positional setup. I am still deciding whether a custom strategy is worth the extra programming time—please review the geometry and advise me. If a standard approach will do, keep it lean; if a custom tool-path can shorten cycle time, walk me through the gains.
Key deliverables:
• Import models, define stock and fixture offsets
• Create roughing, finishing (and any spot-drill or chamfer) paths
• Simulate, verify, and eliminate gouges or collisions
• Supply NC code, setup sheet, and native Delcam file
