I need a thorough, deep clean on my backyard’s stone walkways and wooden deck. Years of weather have left visible mold and mildew in the joints and on the timber, so this is more than a quick sweep—it will require concentrated scrubbing with the right cleaning agents and a methodical rinse-down to lift the growth without harming the surfaces or surrounding plants.
You may choose the most effective approach—stiff-bristle brushing, a gentle pressure-washer pass, or a combination—so long as the mold is fully removed and no streaks or residue remain. Please supply your own equipment and eco-friendly cleaner that is safe for wood and masonry.
Deliverables:
• Stone walkways: deep scrub, mold/mildew eliminated, surface uniformly clean
• Timber deck: deep scrub along boards and between gaps, mold/mildew removed, final rinse
• All debris swept up and disposed of off-site
Acceptance criteria: All visible mold and mildew gone, surfaces dry streak-free, and surrounding garden beds left undisturbed.
