3D DOG MODEL hair and rigging textured

Hi I need to create a 3d dog but I need different breeds, So I’m looking for a designer who can I work, long term. I would need the 3d obj with textures. And also I would need some variants of the same model with different hair longs. Are you able to create it? Do you have some samples that I can see?
How much time will you take to create it?
