Cute Alien Boy 3D Model

I'm in need of a skilled 3D character modeller to bring a stylised, symmetrical, cute alien boy to life. The character should be mid-poly, with clean topology, no tri's or nGons, and suitable edge flow for facial rigging. Please note that no textures are required, but a fast turnaround is essential.
Key Requirements:
- The character should be designed in either Blender or Maya, but delivered as an FBX or Blender file.
- The model should be designed with animation in mind. Character needs to have long neck and separate from the body.
- Clean topology is crucial, with no tri's or nGons and appropriate edge flow for facial rigging. Face in a neutral pose. With smaller, slightly pointer ears than the reference image
- Mid-poly count is preferred.
- A quick turnaround time is necessary.
