Cut simple shapes out of sheet metal

I'm an amateur astronomer. At the moment I'm trying to create GBRL code in F360 for a flatbed FoxAlien router to cut simple shapes out of 0.5mm thick sheet aluminium. I just need help setting the Setup and 2D Pocket parameters. Right now it won't generate a toolpath. Next, I'd value some help in rationalising the models of some 25 gears and components for a manually operated gearbox to get them ready for injection moulding.
