Customized Plastic Case1 for Raspberry with Relay Module
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Project Objective:
The goal of this project is to create an attractive case designed for 3D printing without the need for supports.
To make this process simpler, we can start with an existing design, for which I have attached the STL file, and modify it according to our requirements.
What needs to be modified?
1- Extend the case slightly so that the SD card remains inside and cannot be removed without disassembling the case.
2-The extension is also necessary because, as I will show in the video, the case doesn't close properly with the current HAT installed.
3- Create an opening for the connectors where the cables will be inserted, as demonstrated in the video1.
4- On the top cover, modify the existing opening you see in the video by replacing it with holes (a revised version is already included in the STL files sent).
5- Add a silk-screen print with the text "Scuola Evoluta."
6-We need to design a strong slot that will support the HAT board without the need for metal brackets. I will show this in a separate “video2”
7- The case should still snap together like it does now, but it must do so even with the HAT inserted.
