Customize Blender model for 3d printing

I need a 3d designer who can modify an existing Blender file so I can have it 3d printed. I need light blue exhaust flames added to the back of both engines and a custom stand created to hold the ship up and make it look as if it is soaring skyward. I'd also like a name plate on the stand that reads, THE REAPER.
