3D Custom container house in SketchUp and plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Need expert in SketchUp and container house designs - green and sustainable housing. I have steep slope in SketchUp already. you need to design 3 house with rooms using containers.
1) Total house meters 2 should be 130 - 160m2. 3-4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and laundry room
2) house should be 2-3 stories - prefer to have roof top deck with pergola or something
3) exterior decks or roof deck 15-60m2.
4) need a small swimming pool
5) Since slope is steep supports on the house should not exceed 3meters.
6) interior should not look like a container but have finished look - sheetrock or wood and or brick
7) exterior of the container need to have some finish look in most places - teak wood, some brick or panels and any other good ideas
8) Solar panel is needed for the house.
9) it is for tropical hot climate
You need to have experience in SketchUp and building container houses...
