Custom 3D Wood Chess Pieces Design

I'm in need of a very skilled 3D modeler/designer to create complex and highly detailed STL files for six unique chess pieces. The designs will be custom made based on reference images I will provide. The models are intended for CNC machining and will be crafted from wood.

Key Requirements:
- Expert in 3D modeling and design
- Experience with creating CNC-ready STL files
- Highly detail-oriented, able to produce intricate models
- Capable of interpreting and translating reference images into 3D designs
- Willing to endorse an IP Agreement
- Strict adherence to specs provided

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in CAD software or similar 3D modeling tools
- Previous experience designing for CNC machining is a must
- A strong portfolio of detailed 3D models
- Excellent communication skills for understanding design specifications
- Familiarity with woodworking and its intricacies is a plus
