Custom TPU Band CAD Design

Job Description:

I need a CAD file created for a custom flexible TPU band to securely fit a small device. The design must include:
• Precise cutouts for an LED screen, buttons, and port
• Integrated AirTag insert within the band (open-face, pop-in holder, ~32.2 mm ID)
• Adjustments to inner band thickness in certain areas (one side of the device isn’t fully flush, so TPU thickness needs to vary for a snug fit)

I have full specs and a rough annotated sketch image ready to share.

The goal is to create a band that fits flush around the device for easy tracking (with the AirTag).

• CAD file exported as STL (ready for 3D printing)
• STEP or editable file for future modification

If you can also handle 3D printing the prototype in flexible TPU, please let me know — but this is not required.

Quantity:
• The number of printed bands will depend on price. I may start with one prototype to test fit.
