Custom Residential 3D Rendering

Designing an addition and renovation to a heritage home in Kensington in Melbourne. Looking for a Melbourne based 3D professional which a good design eye for to produce Both white card planning 3D and very realistic 3D for both interiors and architecture including residential , commercial and office fitout sand retail.

For the first stage of this project in Kensington is a massing 3D model which is a bit more than a white card. It would require basic materials be applied , such as weatherboards, corrugated iron, contemporary timber battens and indicating glazed areas . I require a total of 6 views in particular 3 from the front street Mt showing views of 1.7 height I front of the home from across the road and from both homes across the road to creat an oblique view for each. This is required for Council as part of the Town Planning submission.

This project completion date us 2 weeks from today . I will be able to issue Auto Cad site survey with levels It is a slightly sloping site and Autocad 2D plans and elevations

The adjoining to homes will need to be modelled as mass forms.

Some understanding of Council planning rewuirrments would be an advantage

I am really hoping for a local Melbourne 3D visualise to assist me with this project.
