Custom PCB-Fitted Keyboard Case STL

Job ID: 39811995

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

I’m building the open-source steno-kos keyboard (github.com/deshipu/steno-kos) and need a printable case/base plate that hugs the PCB perfectly. All the geometry you need is already in the repo:

github.com/deshipu/steno-kos/blob/main/v2.1/gerbers-kos-v2.1.zip
• Edge outline ➜ “Edge.Cuts”
• Underside clearances 3mm ➜ “F.Mask”

If possible could you use FreeCad.
Please import those layers and create an .stl that:

– Follows the exact Edge.Cuts contour; I’m not supplying external dimensions, the case must simply match the PCB.
– Provides a snug seat so the board drops in without wobble. (I don't want an overhang over the top of the board)
– Leaves hollowed pockets wherever F.Mask shows back-side components or solder once the board is installed. (Please remove the screw hole sections and the big hole as shown in the screenshot)
The screw holes should just be flat plastic behind, I don't want to see the ridges.
– Looks similar to the reference photo on Thingiverse (thing:6769256) but adapted to the steno-kos outline. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6769256
Note: The keyboard is made using two of these pcb's, flipped, please see image in the github repo.

Deliverables
1. Final 3D-print-ready .stl (FDM friendly, oriented flat).
2. FreeCad project files in case I need to adjust dimensions

Once I can print a prototype, I’ll test fit and share feedback; minor adjustments for tolerance are part of the job.
