Custom 100x100mm PCB Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have a complete, verified schematic and now need it translated into a production-ready PCB that will live in an industrial environment. The board must fit neatly inside a 100 mm × 100 mm footprint (height is flexible) and respect good spacing, creepage, and clearance practices for factory-floor conditions—robust noise immunity and serviceability matter more to me than squeezing every last millimetre.
You will take my schematic file, turn it into a clean, single-board layout, run full DRC/ERC, and deliver everything I need to hit “order” with my manufacturer: editable source files, Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place data, and a concise BOM. I’m happy with Altium, KiCad, or Eagle—use whichever you prefer as long as the manufacturing outputs are standard.
Acceptance criteria
• Finished board outline ≤ 100 mm × 100 mm
• All nets pass DRC at the chosen design rules
• Silkscreen is legible; all component references present
• Files open without error at JLCPCB or PCBWay pre-check
If you can add 3D step files for enclosure fitting, that’s a plus, but the core deliverable is a rock-solid layout ready for fabrication and assembly.
