Custom Nylon Round Shim for Spacing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m needing a plastic shim to use as a spacer. I need to attach a mount to the handle bars of my bicycle to hold a light. The mounting fixture is a wider diameter than the tube on the bike handlebars. So this spacer will fill the gap between the handle bar pipe and the inner diameter of the mounting fixture.
I need the shim to be designed with an open or split structure so that it can be easily slipped onto the handlebars. It should have an opening or gap that allows it to fit around the bar without requiring disassembly or adjustment.
The color should be black.
The dimensions of the of the spacer should be:
Inner Diameter (ID): 16 mm
Outer Diameter (OD): 34.44 mm
Rim Thickness: 9.22 mm (calculated from the difference between OD and ID)
Length/Height: 25.4 mm
