Custom Interior Design - Multi-Unit Residential Property

INTERIOR DESIGN BRIEF – BUILT-IN FURNITURE & KITCHEN DESIGN
Project Overview:
We are building a new multi-unit residential property with one 2-bedroom apartment (basement level) and two 3-bedroom houses (mirror images of each other, two stories each). We have architectural drawings and utility layouts (electric, plumbing, lighting plans). Now we are looking for a talented interior designer to provide precise, build-ready designs for all built-in elements. We would also like feedback and suggestions on the current designs, from the interior design perspective. The house is not yet built and changes can be made.
Scope of Work:
• Design of all built-in furniture, including:
• Bedroom wardrobes
• Entrance/hallway coat cupboards
• Bathroom storage units
• Living room storage (if applicable)
• Living room TV cabinet /wall mouth design (if applicable)
• Full kitchen design including amenity placement
• Floor plans and elevations.
• 3D visualizations
• Detailed drawings of the built in furniture with dimensions and specifications for our carpenter to follow.
• Integrated LED lighting within all built-in units
• Drawings must indicate lighting strip placement and cable routing where applicable
• Modern and practical design aesthetic
• Clean lines, efficient use of space, neutral tones, and warm accents
• Consider European contemporary style, built for longevity and daily usability
Deliverables:
• Floorplans and elevations with precise dimensions
• 3D visualizations of built-ins
• Detailed build plans (ideally in DWG, PDF, and SketchUp or equivalent)
• Suggestions for materials, finishes, and lighting integration
Provided by Us:
• Architectural floorplans (PDF)
• Existing utility and switch layout drawings
• Communication with our carpenter for implementation
