Custom 18K Gold Jewellery Maker Needed

I need a skilled goldsmith or jewellery maker for one single custom bracelet (not wholesale or bulk) as a 60th birthday gift for my mum.

Design requirements:

Flexible articulated bracelet (not a rigid bangle) with natural drape and movement on the wrist
Multiple delicate intertwining golden vines (3–4 vines) that flow gracefully around the wrist
Small fairy-sized flowers and butterflies subtly woven into the fine ethereal filigree (lace-like openwork)
Tiny hidden stars, crescent moons, and fairy-wing details in the scrollwork for a magical feel
Small sparkling lab-grown gemstones placed sparingly like dew drops: red garnets (January), rubies (July), diamonds (April), and pearls (June)
Primarily 18k yellow gold with only minimal rose gold accents on some petal tips and butterfly/vine details
Lightweight yet durable for everyday wear
Ornate but slender vine-and-butterfly toggle clasp + short safety chain
