Custom 3D Design and CNC Files Creation

Project Description:
I am seeking an experienced 3D designer to create a detailed 3D sketch and CNC-compatible files for a custom project using 3mm ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel). The project involves designing:
- 6 glossy black panels:
- Bent into a "tray" style with folded edges.
- Each panel requires 8 internal cutouts as per the provided plan (to be shared with the selected freelancer).
- 6 glossy white panels:
- Finished edges.
- Each panel requires 8 internal cutouts as per the provided plan.
Deliverables:
1. A high-quality 3D sketch of the panels, showcasing the tray-style black panels and flat white panels with precise cutouts.
2. CNC-compatible files (e.g., DXF, DWG, or other formats suitable for 3D cutting) for all 12 panels, ensuring perfect precision for cuts and folds.
3. Files must be compatible with standard CNC software and provided in an editable format (e.g., STEP, IGES, or similar) for further adjustments if needed.
Requirements:
- Expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Experience in generating CNC-compatible files for materials like ACP.
- Attention to detail to ensure precise measurements for cuts and folds, as the flat white panels will be mounted onto the black tray panels.
- Ability to work with provided plans/sketches (I will share the detailed plan with the selected freelancer).
