Custom 3D Ceramic Filter Cap Design

I'm seeking a professional 3D designer or CAD modeler to create a custom ceramic filter cap for activated carbon filters used in smoking accessories.

Key Requirements:
- Two diameters: 9 mm and 6 mm
- Top: Unique spiral airflow design (see reference image)
- Bottom: Classic 7-hole pattern, like existing ceramic filter caps
- Internal connection between spiral and holes for proper airflow
- Shape: Cylindrical, approximately 8 mm in length

Deliverables:
- 3D files (STL/STEP)
- Technical drawings with precise dimensions for both sizes
