Custom Barbie Hula Bobbleheads

I'm looking for a skilled artist or manufacturer to design and create 75-100 custom bobbleheads. These bobbleheads should be inspired by the Barbie Doll and resemble the Hula Girl car bobbleheads.
Requirements:
- Material: Resin
- Size: 8 inches
- Features: Must include hula skirts as accessories
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in sculpting and creating resin bobbleheads
- Attention to detail in design and accuracy
- Ability to handle large quantity orders (75-100 units)
- Previous work with character-based bobbleheads is a plus
