I'm seeking a talented landscape designer who can provide fresh, exciting ideas to enhance my townhouses communities projects’ curb appeal in Houston Texas.
You will need to select appropriate landscaping elements for the common areas of the subdivision (on a site-plan map), around the houses in the subdivision, and propose a design that will be complemented by the existing architecture and the community’s character, cost-effective and low-maintenance in Texas’s environment.
Key tasks and skills:
- Expert ability to envisage and create attractive exterior spaces
- A wide knowledge of flora suited to the climate, soil, and exposure in Houston Texas
- Experience in working efficiently within provided limitations
Site-plans will be provided for various project sizes.
