Cupboard on wheels for gas barbecue

I am looking for a designer to make a custom plan. The goal is to make a cupboard on wheels to hold my Boretti Ibrido Top barbecue. I plan to make the furniture myself with wooden beams. I expect the designer to make a plan until I approve it, and then a detailed instruction including sizes of all planks needed to build the cupboard.
