Creative 3D Animator for Detailed Animation

I'm in need of a talented and creative 3D animator who can take my vision and bring it to life from scratch with extremely detailed and high-poly models.
6x Characters
This is for an African music video, I need 1 character to be playing the drums, 1x playing the piano, 2x backing singers, 1 main singer, 1 bass guitar, they need to be very actively dancing, doing a lot of different African style dance moves.
- You'll be tasked with creating original 3D models and assets.
- I'm seeking a high level of detail so that each model accurately portrays what I have in mind and helps tell a compelling story.
- You should have a strong aesthetic sense and the skills to realistic, highly-detailed animations from start to finish.
Ideal Skills:
