Creation of a 3D model from a picture for printing on a resin printer.

I'm looking to commission a 3D model from a photo for printing on a resin printer. The size of the model should be small, less than 10 cm. I have specific details or features that I want to highlight in the 3D model and I need someone experienced to bring those ideas to life. The end use of this model is to be printed on a resin printer, so accuracy and attention to detail are very important.
